Use of Service
MuhaMeds ERP is provided for authorized business use only. By accessing the service, you agree to use it only for legitimate company purposes and in accordance with applicable policies, laws, and administrator instructions.
Accounts and Access
Access may require an approved account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed under your account. Administrators may grant, modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, upload malicious content, bypass security controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Business Data
Information entered into MuhaMeds ERP may be used to operate the business, fulfill orders, manage inventory, support accounting, maintain records, audit activity, and improve internal workflows.
Availability and Changes
The service may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued as needed for maintenance, security, business operations, or other reasons. We may update these terms from time to time.
No Warranty
The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MuhaMeds ERP and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
